Barca push Rugani to Roma

Barcelona are not interested in Daniele Rugani as part of theJuventus bid for Juan Miranda, so he is again closer to Roma.

The centre-back was offered to Barca during a meeting today between director Fabio Paratici and Barcelona representatives.

However, according to Sky Sport Italia, Sportitalia and RAC1, the Blaugrana are not enthusiastic about the idea of signing Rugani.

Juve face competition from Olympique Marseille for 19-year-old left-back Juan Miranda, as the Ligue 1 side would accept only a loan without option to buy.

This all means Rugani is yet again leaning towards Roma, although the two clubs have not been able to agree terms yet.

The Giallorossi offered to take him on loan for €5m with option to buy for another €25m, whereas Juve are holding out for a mandatory purchase clause.
