Real Betis defender Marc Bartra’s agent confessed “it’s possible Roma are interested, but I cannot say more than that.”
The 28-year-old centre-back has emerged as the prime target for new Coach Paulo Fonseca to replace Kostas Manolas, who is heading towards Napoli.
Bartra is under contract with Betis until June 2023, having only signed on 18 months ago.
“It’s possible Roma are interested in purchasing Bartra, but I cannot say more than that,” agent Vicente Fores Cornejo told Sportface.it.
Bartra is a Spain international who came up through the Barcelona youth academy, also playing for Borussia Dortmund before his January 2018 move to Betis.
