Cristiano Biraghi has signed for Inter and the former Fiorentina left-back sees it as “a dream come true, to be back home.”
The defender turns 27 next month and completed an exchange deal with Henrique Dalbert going to the Stadio Franchi.
Biraghi is from the Milan greater area and started out in the Inter youth academy, eventually sold to Pescara for €5m in 2016.
“I am happy to be back home,” he told reporters as he left the club headquarters this evening.
“This lad grew up at Inter, so returning here was his ultimate dream and we did all we could to make it come true,” added agent Mario Giuffredi on TMW.
“Now it’s up to him, he has to work hard and prove he belongs at Inter.”
