Fiorentina are in advanced negotiations with Inter to bring Borja Valero back to the Stadio Franchi, claim Sky Sport Italia.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, the two clubs are discussing the situation and Inter want €2-3m to release the veteran midfielder.
The 34-year-old made no secret of his frustration at being pushed out of the club in the summer of 2017, sold for €6.5m after five years in Florence.
Now that the Della Valle brothers have sold the club to Rocco Commisso, with the return of Coach Vincenzo Montella and director of sport Daniele Prade, there could also be a reunion for Borja Valero.
The Spaniard was so fond of Fiorentina that he had the co-ordinates of the Ponte Vecchio landmark tattooed on to his arm.
