Lampard: 'Moses going out on loan'

Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has confirmed Victor Moses is “coming back to go somewhere else,” with reports he’s leaving Fenerbahce within hours for an Inter medical.

The Nerazzurri have been linked with a move for Moses in the couple of weeks, due to boss Antonio Conte having worked with him at Chelsea.

The Inter boss is in search of wing-backs, as he’s unimpressed with Valentino Lazaro and Cristiano Biraghi.

Ashley Young signed last week, and a deal for Roma’s Leonardo Spinazzola spectacularly collapsed due to a disagreementin the Inter hierarchy.

This has turned their attention to Moses, and Lampard confirmed during his press conference ahead of Chelsea’s game against Arsenal tomorrow that Moses will go out on loan.

“On Moses, he is coming back with a view to going somewhere else. Talks are ongoing.”

La Gazzetta dello Sport journalist Nicolo Schira understands that an agreement has been reached between Inter and Chelsea, with Moses soon to join the Italian side on loan with an option to buy worth €10m.

Moses is currently on loan at Turkish outfit Fenerbache, but has only played seven times in all competitions since joining.
