SPAL announced that all the tests performed on players and staff turned up negative for COVID-19.
All the Serie A clubs must go through a medical screening, including two swabs and a blood sample, before they can be allowed back into group training.
The latest side to announce its findings was SPAL, who found no positive cases of coronavirus in their ranks.
This evening,Minister for Sport Vincenzo Spadafora confirmedthe medical protocol for group training has finally been agreed.
He also stated that a meeting on May 28 will decide when and indeed if the Serie A matches can begin.
